FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50 IN CANADA ($75 in US)

NO FURTHER DISCOUNTS WILL BE APPLIED.  Customer must pay the full (not discounted) Retail price to be eligible for free shipping.

We will ship to major cities and towns in Canada and the US (lower 48 states) using Canada Post. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all destinations.  This offer will not apply to remote destinations.

If your shipment is returned to us as UNDELIVERABLE by Canada Post because of invalid addresses or no signature obtained, we will contact you. If you would like the order reshipped, we will bill you a shipping charge or you may cancel your order. Your refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you would like us to ship an order to a remote destination please call us (780-439-1211) with your order and we will do our very best to get you the cheapest shipping costs.

As we are at a drastically reduced staffing level, our complimentary gift wrapping service will be discontinued until further notice.

 

 OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

While we do our best to keep our stock levels up to date, on occasion items in your order may be out of stock.  If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email with the following options:

- Ship only available items - refund un-shipped items

- Ship only available items - backorder unshipped items. When backordered items are in stock, we will ship them to you free of charge if over $50

- Hold the order until all backordered items are in stock and ship all at once.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or credit toward a future purchase.  

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS 

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, free of both animal hair and smoke odors, in the original undamaged packaging  and with the original tags still attached.  

Pendleton Blankets must be returned in the original Pendleton box.  The box must not be damaged in any way and be in an “as new state”.   

All items must also be returned in an “as new state”.   

If you are exchanging an item of clothing for a different size, color or style, we will ship the new items to you with no additional shipping charge (Canadian addresses only).  This only applies to Pendleton clothing and does not apply to Pendleton Blankets or Non-Pendleton items. 

Return shipping fees are at the customers expense.  International customers are able to contact their local customs office for a refund of duty and tax on returned merchandise.  We recommend the use of a return shipping method that can be insured (at the customers expense) and tracked as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. 

As accounts will only be credited once we receive the returned items, and are satisfied that it is in the condition stated above, we recommend that you contact us first at 1-780-439-1211 

REFUNDS 

Refunds are not available.  Items may be exchanged or credited to your account
