• 3a: If you want your gifts labelled with the childs name, please complete the NAME LABEL WORKSHEET and email it to us.

• 3b: If you want generic Gender/Age labels on the gifts, please complete the GIFT COUNT SUMMARY SHEET and email it to us.

We understand that last minute additions or changes to your numbers and names are inevitable.  Please call us with any last minute additions or changes that you may have and we will gladly accommodate you!
